We are seeking experienced distribution professionals to provide independent third-party safety oversight for ongoing utility construction and maintenance operations. This role is designed for professionals who understand distribution work at a technical level and can engage crews constructively while maintaining authority and independence. Oversight professionals will provide behavioral-based observations, document findings using advanced technology platforms to identify leading indicators and support continuous safety performance improvement.
Responsibilities:
Deploy within 24 hours of activation
Perform overhead and underground line restoration
Requirements:
Valid CDL Class A license
5+ years field restoration experience
Willing to travel on 24-hour notice
