About the Job:
We are seeking a Robotic Welding Operator to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating robotic welding equipment, ensuring quality parts, and keeping production running efficiently.
What You Will Do:
- Operate and monitor robotic welding machines
- Load and unload parts from the welding cell
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow directions and production standards
- Reliable with good time management
- Works well independently and with a team
- Maintains safety awareness at all times
What You Need:
- Manufacturing or welding experience preferred (robotic welding is a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Dependable and professional behavior
- Must have a clean background
