About the role

C&Q Senior Engineer | Lebanon, Indiana We’re hiring a senior engineer with peptide manufacturing experience to support the tactical execution of commissioning and qualification activities on a major pharmaceutical project. You’ll help move systems from construction through C&Q to operational handover, coordinating day-to-day activities and resolving issues on site. Contract details: Initial 12-month contract Fully on site in Lebanon, Indiana Competitive W2 Hourly Rate + Capped Expenses
Key responsibilities: Track system progress and resolve issues affecting C&Q readiness. Ensure systems are ready for mechanical completion and C&Q activities. Coordinate system handovers between Construction, C&Q, Maintenance and Operations. Manage punch lists, deviations, and project change controls. Investigate drawing correction requests and coordinate approval. Ensure soft parts and spare parts are available when required. Work with rapid resolution teams to address site issues. Support readiness for Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
What we’re looking for: A senior engineer with peptide experience and a strong C&Q background, ideally within pharmaceutical or GMP capital projects. You’ll bring practical experience in mechanical completion, system turnover, and issue resolution, alongside the ability to coordinate construction, engineering, and operational teams.
