About the role

Jobot is seeking a Chief Growth Officer in California to partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership. This role will oversee Sales, Marketing, Center Development, Contracting & Public Policy, and Payor Relations across a rapidly growing multi-site healthcare organization. You will build enterprise growth strategy, lead senior leaders, identify new markets, and align KPIs with forecasting and reporting.
