We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter pursuing a Construction Management degree to join our talented, versatile office team as a summer intern. Your Contributions Will Include: Coordinating with project managers and engineers, assisting with bid information, and facilitating other preconstruction tasks Assisting in estimating, bidding, and completing takeoffs Coordinating with superintendents and field staff as assigned Visiting jobsites when required Conducting various project closeout tasks: O&Ms, as-built drawings, punch lists, and more Managing project documentation, including subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders Attending project meetings and taking minutes Assisting the project managers and engineers with other duties as assigned We Offer: Competitive compensation Incentivized employee referral program Company-paid uber account Company-sponsored team outings and events Ideal Builders, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
