About the role
Project ManagerThe Project Manager will:Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project execution.Coordinate with owners, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and project performance.Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication to all parties.Track project financials and reporting using Microsoft Excel and project management software.Collaborate with leadership and project teams to resolve challenges and maintain project objectives.Support tenant fit-out and commercial construction initiatives across multiple project types.Utilize Ingenious Build and other project management tools to maintain project visibility and accountability.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
