What We're Looking For:
Associate degree in chemical, physical, or biological science, or medical laboratory technology, or equivalent education and training.
MLT certification (or eligible) from ASCP or AMT required.
Phlebotomy experience required.
One year of laboratory experience preferred (clinical internships of twelve months meet this requirement).Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform and interpret lab tests.

Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including quality control, specimen collection, processing, and analysis.
Assist in evaluating new or modified techniques and train other personnel on equipment and software as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results.
