Job Description
Paint Warehouse Batching Associate:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Paint Warehouse Batching Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately batching and preparing paint orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Accurately measure and mix paint according to provided formulas and work orders.
Operate paint mixing and batching equipment.
Read and follow product formulas, labels, and instructions.
Use a computer to enter orders, track inventory, print labels, and record batch information.
Check finished batches for accuracy, color, and quality.
Safely handle paint, raw materials, and warehouse products.
Organize and stock materials throughout the warehouse.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
Communicate with warehouse and production staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter information and use simple software programs.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow written instructions and formulas.
Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift and move paint containers and other materials.
Previous warehouse, paint, manufacturing, or batching experience is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to learn company procedures and paint-mixing processes.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and wear required safety equipment.
