About the role
- Previous paint, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is not required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, a positive attitude, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and accept coaching.
- Ability to respond to changing production priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ability to safely handle flammable materials in accordance with established procedures.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including understanding and following written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and convert between English and metric units of measure.
- Ability to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the work shift.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
