Job Summary Join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio ! As our creative services expand, we are seeking full-time instructional designers to join the Information Design team—a group of writers, designers, technical communicators and other creative individuals who are passionate about improving lives. We provide creative guidance and develop compelling content, branding, documents, training and videos for a wide audience. Responsibilities Empower learners to excel in their roles by producing effective training materials, e‑learnings and videos (writing, filming, editing/compiling). Write and publish task‑oriented help documentation for Medpace clinical trial software. Partner with experts to gain a deep understanding of the subject matter. Collaborate with other teams to simplify and visualize technical information. Skills / Characteristics Advocate for learners and provide input during meetings. Care about the details and notice even small inconsistencies in language, visuals and format. Embrace new opportunities and balance projects as priorities change. Desire to improve our services, processes and UX/UA/UI by integrating new technology and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, professional writing, technical communication or a related field. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word. Proficient knowledge of software designed for technical communication (knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite and Paligo is a plus). Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to develop effective learning materials for various audiences. Medpace Overview Medpace is a full‑service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
