About the role
Seeking a performance-driven Video Editor and Storyboard Writer for a full-time remote position, responsible for creating high-performing storyboards for paid social ads and editing content as needed to execute or refine concepts.
Key responsibilities:
Create detailed, performance-driven storyboards for paid social ads, including visual flow and actor guidance
Develop creative strategies by incorporating trends and performance data to enhance ad effectiveness
Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to refine storyboard concepts as necessary
Required qualifications:
Proven experience in storyboarding for paid social or direct-response ads
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and core metrics such as hook rate and retention
Experience with DTC brands or UGC-style ad formats
Solid video editing skills, particularly in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects experience is a plus
Familiarity with AI creative tools and current ad trends across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
