About the role
Focusing on control management within daily operations, the full-time Analyst-Control Management will collaborate across multiple business units to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
Assist in identifying specific risks throughout business processes and systems, collaborating with business process owners
Facilitate risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Support control monitoring and compile key operational risk trends, activities, and events
Required qualifications
1-2 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within a Risk or Internal Audit function
Understanding of operational risk management lifecycle activities
Experience in process governance aligned with policies and regulatory frameworks
Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk scenarios effectively
Project management and interpersonal skills
