About the role
CPR/SPR - Field Project Manager duties and responsibilities:Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and within scope. Primarily assigned to projects taken on by CPR satellite stores, the Project Manager will focus on:Hands-on in the field leading, building, and training diverse teams of personnel and providing, training, and ensuring team members are working collaboratively.Tracking project production and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.Setting and managing client expectations and delivering to the required standard of quality and service.Managing company resources, including personnel, equipment, fleet, and maintaining safety protocols to minimize property damage.Identifying and assessing areas of need, recommending and implementing solutions, and improving company procedures.
