About the role
- Associate degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Agricultural Mechanization, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- One or more years of experience in an agriculture-related role.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to maintain driving eligibility in accordance with company Motor Vehicle Records requirements throughout employment.
- Must pass a DOT physical and renew certification annually as a condition of continued employment.
- Working knowledge of database software and computer applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard internet applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups.
- Flexibility to work hours that meet seasonal and customer needs.
