About the role

The Bezos Earth Fund is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Partner to lead administration and continuous improvement of payroll, benefits, and leave programs. You will own these programs, ensure accurate pay, high-quality benefits, and responsive support in collaboration with the Chief People Officer, Finance, and external partners. This hybrid role, based in Washington, DC, requires managing multi-state payroll, data integrity, and effective vendor relationships to support scalable growth.
