About the role
Providing strategic Agile leadership, the full-time Lead Agilist will support the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative remotely, driving the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile and SAFe practices within the Veterans Health Administration.
Key responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives and provide expert consultation on Agile principles and frameworks
Design and implement Agile operating models that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
Facilitate SAFe implementation activities and assess organizational Agile maturity to develop transformation roadmaps
Required qualifications
Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience leading Agile transformations and large-scale Agile implementations
Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) or Certified SAFe Practice Consultant-Trainer (SPCT) certification
Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Proven experience coaching and mentoring executive leadership and delivery teams through Agile transformations
