About the role
- We are looking for a leader who understands that strong operations are about more than processes they're about people, accountability, financial performance, and execution.·
- 7+ years of progressive operations or business leadership experience, including responsibility for teams, budgets, and business performance.·
- Demonstrated experience leading managers and cross-functional organizations.·
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, margins, and operational performance.·
- Proven ability to identify operational challenges and implement measurable improvements.·
- Experience building processes and operating structures within a growing or changing organization.·
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.·
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both senior leadership and frontline teams.·
- Experience with ERP/business systems, operational reporting, and Microsoft Office.·
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; equivalent leadership experience may also be considered. xhqgsiq Experience That Will Set You Apart
- Experience in industrial refrigeration, mechanical contracting, HVAC/R, construction, cold storage, food processing, industrial services, or another field-service-driven organization is highly desirable.·
- Construction or project-based operations·
- Industrial service organizations·
- P&L or significant budget responsibility·
- Continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies·
- Organizational change and business transformation·
- ERP implementation or optimization·
- Spanish/English bilingual communication skills a plus, not required
