About the role
Cyclomedia seeks an experienced Operations Director to lead the US Data Capture and Customer Support teams in Madison, WI. You will own end-to-end delivery of US capture operations, DCR and Pavement, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality imagery delivered to clients. You will forecast programs, build staffing and equipment models, and serve as the primary client liaison for status, escalations, and adoption of our products.
