About the role
R&D Formulation Specialist
Full-Time · Spanish Fork, Utah WB Blends is seeking an experienced R&D specialist to support supplement formulation, flavor development, pilot runs, and product optimization.
What You'll Be Doing: Perform in-process production inspections
Review batch records and production documentation
Support GMP and compliance procedures
Monitor cleanliness and operational standards
Assist with investigations and corrective actions
Maintain accurate quality records and reports
Communicate quality concerns across departments
Help ensure facility-wide regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail
Organized and process-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Understanding of GMP or quality procedures preferred
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Manufacturing or QA experience is a plus
