Safety Training Specialist (HSE) – Watford City, North Dakota
Overview:
Seeking a Safety Specialist to support field operations across pipeline, facility, and construction projects. This role ensures compliance, drives a strong safety culture, and partners closely with field leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Enforce HSE policies, OSHA standards, and client-specific safety requirements Conduct field audits, inspections, and safety observations Lead toolbox talks, JSA reviews, and incident investigations Track and report safety metrics, trends, and corrective actions Support onboarding, training, and continuous safety improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
3+ years of field safety experience (oil & gas, pipeline, or construction)Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and HSE best practices Experience with incident reporting and root cause analysisOSHA 30 required (additional certifications preferred)Ability to work in field environments and travel to job sites
