Your JobIn this role, the Customer Service Liaison will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. This person is someone who is motivated and able to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries, takes the initiative in resolving customer issues, and helps navigate our patients and visitors while in our facility. Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.Your Job Requirements• High school Diploma or Equivalent requiredYour Job ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively and professionally with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals, vendors, and visitorsAssist with departmental locations, wayfinding, and handling a wide range of inquiriesAssist with patient throughputProvided excellent customer service; cordially greets customers, anticipates needs, and willing to collaborate to provide the best patient experience possibleAnswers telephones, screens and routes calls to proper locationMaintains a clean work environmentProvides wheelchair assistance as needed when appropriateAbility to multi-task effectivelyHigh attention to detailDemonstrate computer literacyEffectively adheres to MHS policies, guidelines, and care commitments including confidentiality of all patient and business informationEscalates issues to the proper person in a timely mannerMaintain supplies and place order for additional supplies as neededOther duties as assignedMethodist Dallas Medical Center is one of North Texas' best places to work.
