About the role

Pason is hiring Field Sales Technicians to support customers around Carlsbad, NM and nearby Texas locations. You will install, support and upsell Pason hardware and software on drilling rigs, travel as needed, and work with Account Management to grow the customer base. The role requires independent work, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exemplary service. Onboarding includes training and a company vehicle.
