ApplyAbout the role
A Manifest Publicist You're culturally wired. You catch trends early, know which stories resonate with which editors, and have relationships that open doors. You think in campaigns but execute in details — and you know the difference between coverage that looks good in a report and coverage that actually moves the needle.
What You’ll Do:
Own day-to-day earned media delivery across campaigns and press office accounts, leading PR execution end-to-end including timelines, assets, workflows, reactive opportunities, incoming requests, and resourcing Turn creative ideas into clear press strategies, story angles, narratives, and pitching plans Help shape and refine key messaging so stories are clear, compelling and media-ready Lead pitching end-to-end — targeting the right outlets, securing coverage and maintaining momentum Write high-quality press materials, from releases to pitches, that are sharp, considered and tailored Ensure consistent coverage across campaign phases, from early awareness through to post-launch Build and maintain strong working relationships with journalists, editors and producers Stay close to culture and media, proactively spotting opportunities to land stories in timely and relevant ways Spot ways to extend coverage beyond initial stories and keep a steady drumbeat of activity Manage media lists, contact databases and outreach tracking with accuracy and discipline Provide clear, confident updates to clients on activity, coverage and performance Work closely with Account, Creative and Production teams to ensure all materials are press-ready Translate media coverage into simple, relevant insight for clients
Who You Are:
You have 4 years of experience in PR at an agency, leading earned/culture-driven work for consumer and lifestyle brands. You’re deeply plugged into culture — from trends to talent moves — and understand how media, creators, and cultural touchpoints connect to amplify a story. You’re results-oriented without being metrics-obsessed — you care that work lands in a way that matters. You’re a strong relationship-builder with a network you actively leverage. You’re sharp on strategy — you can take a vague client ask and turn it into a clear, compelling earned idea, knowing when to push a story and when to hold. You’re a clear, compelling writer who tailors everything — pitches, messaging, materials — to the outlet and the moment. You’re collaborative and direct — improving work without complicating it. You’re a mentor who helps teammates sharpen instincts, grow networks, and develop professionally. You move fast without cutting corners, delivering thoughtful, high-quality work every time.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
