- Client relations
- Leads a team-wide effort to organize, streamline and enhance a client experience that emphasizes value, service and attention to detail
- Administrative support
- Preparing meeting materials, following up with clients, and handling client transactions
- Business Development
- Establish trusting relationships with new and existing clients, proactively helping them understand their investments and planning strategies, with guidance and input from lead advisor
- Financial planning
- Assist lead advisor in the development and delivery of financial and investment strategies that aim to address each client’s financial situation, specific goals and concerns
- Client Support/Service
- May participate in or conduct client meetings with lead advisor or on behalf of lead advisor
- Community Involvement/Client Education
- Participate in community events promoting client services. May manage client events, webinars and seminars by organizing, marketing and setting up venue in collaboration with lead advisor
- Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Education and/or experience 5+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position preferred
- Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred
- Active Series SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 Industry Licenses or ability to achieve within 6 months
- Additional product licenses may be required
- Knowledge/SkillsEnjoys working with people and problem solving
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of financial industry and investment products
- Ability to work independently and effectively on a team
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Understanding of applicable compliance rules, regulations and firm policies
