Obri is the customer satisfaction software for your boutique hotel. You own Obri end to end. Clean trustworthy data. A smooth daily run for the houses. Bugs found and fixed. Ideas shaped and built in. Security and whatever else the app needs. You live in the product, decide what ships next, and work tightly with the founder and the hotels.
What you'll do:
Own product quality across the day-brain (Birth, Home, Rooms, People, Schedule, Culture, Action Queue, Guest Whats App, Ask, and Connect as it goes live).Keep house data honest. Find and fix bugs. Set what we build next with the founder. Work with live hotels and turn their friction into product.
Who you are:
You've owned a product before (SaaS or ops tools), not just written tickets. You can go deep in the product and talk plainly with hotel people. You're based in Miami and can work on-site. You care about keeping things simple.
Pay: Base $70,000. Equity sized to the person.
