Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to lead our teams on custom home builds and remodel projects. This is a key leadership role in our expanding residential division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor residential electrical crews on site
- Ensure compliance with all NEC codes, local amendments, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Manage project timelines, material orders, and coordination with other trades
- Perform installations, troubleshooting, inspections, and change order work
- Maintain documentation Qualifications 5+ years experience in residential electrical, with focus on custom homes and remodels
- Valid Nevada Drivers License Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with blueprints, codes, and construction software
