Required Experience: 7+ years designing and delivering Microsoft business application solutions using Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 Strong experience with model-driven Power Apps and Dataverse (tables, relationships, data modeling), Power Automate cloud flows, and Power Platform ALM practices; able to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutionsExperience across one or more areas: Canvas Apps (Power Fx, data connections, components, performance), Power Pages (configuration, security, customization), or Dynamics 365 apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, Contact Center) Proven ability to gather requirements, contribute to solution design, estimate effort, and lead technical workstreams using Agile practices (including creating user stories and guiding delivery) Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
