About the role
Senior Power Platform Developer We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead hands‑on solution development and mentor two developers. This role suits someone who enjoys building scalable applications, guiding teammates directly in the build, and setting strong development standards across the platform.
Responsibilities:
Develop robust Power Platform solutions, including custom applications, workflow automation, and Dataverse‑driven data structures Support and coach developers by working directly with them during build and troubleshooting activities Architect scalable data models and application frameworks that can grow with organizational needs Transform functional requirements into well‑designed prototypes and polished, deployable solutions Maintain and enhance automation pipelines and data integration processes across the platform Introduce shared components, coding patterns, and reusable assets to streamline development Oversee solution lifecycle activities such as packaging, version control, and release management
Required Skills:
Advanced hands‑on experience with Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Share Point Strong foundation in relational data modeling and ERD design Working knowledge of governance practices including DLP policies, connector controls, and ALM processesA collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with teammates and cross‑functional partners
