Vice President, In-Market Sales: Tech-Enabled Growth Leader

We’re looking for a dynamic, tech-forward leader to coach, empower and sell alongside a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving first-party revenue through a blend of human-centered consultative selling and cutting-edge AI tools. This is your opportunity to shape the next era of local advertising—where empathy, data, and digital innovation meet.
As a player-coach, you’ll lead by example—actively selling alongside your team, developing high-value client relationships, and championing the use of AI-powered platforms (like Veylan, HubSpot, and TapClicks) to unlock new opportunities. Your focus will be on strategic verticals such as Sports, Travel, Healthcare, or Education, translating audience insights and automated buying signals into compelling, results-driven solutions for local businesses.
What sets you apart:
Proven experience leading consultative B2B sales teams in media, digital advertising, or SaaS
Hands-on expertise with modern CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance client relationships and sales performance
A can-do, change-agent mindset—comfortable navigating digital transformation and inspiring others to embrace new tools and workflows
Exceptional interpersonal skills: active listening, empathy, and collaborative problem-solving
A relentless focus on outcomes, using data-driven metrics to coach, motivate, and drive revenue growth

Professional Offerings
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between 165k - 200k annually DOE. Individual base pay may vary within that range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, department equity, training, geography, and local wage and hours laws, plus commission with uncapped earning potential.
