About the role

Middlebury College seeks a full-time seasonal operator to support Rikert’s snowmaking, grooming, and trail maintenance programs. You will oversee seasonal operations, manage staff, and coordinate with Ski Patrol, teams, and volunteers to ensure safe and high-quality surfaces. The role requires experience in snowmaking and grooming, staff supervision, and a strong Nordic skiing background. Expect a 40-hour week during peak season (Nov–Mar) with non-benefited status.
