About the role

Seeking Emergency Medicine Nocturnists for a physician-led, independent practice near Tampa/Sarasota, FL.The role involves providing high-quality emergency care at a295-bed hospitalwith anED volume of 80,000 .Physicians will work a minimum often 12-hour shifts per month, with 100% RVU-based compensationand malpractice coverage. The practice is 100% supported and financed by physicians, emphasizingindependence, autonomy, and financial stability .As anindependent contractor (1099), the role offers a top-level, productivity-based earning potential.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
  • Consideration given to B/C Internal Medicine/Family Practice physicians with significant ER experience
  • Active Florida medical license preferred
Key duties include: Delivering emergency care during nocturnal shifts, maintaining high clinical standards, and contributing to a physician-led, patient-centered environment.
