About the role
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Administrative Assistant in a law firm environment; Bankruptcy, Creditors Remedies, or Litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with document management systems (FileSite, iManage) preferred.
- Excellent grammar, proofreading skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet court deadlines.
- Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:

- Full-time, onsite/hybrid position located in downtown Minneapolis within a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Position is primarily onsite, offering limited remote flexibility 1 day per week after the initial onboarding and training period is complete.
- Pay ranges from $48,000 to $91,000 annually, depending on experience and level of expertise.
