Location:
Cincinnati, OH – 5 Days On Site Contract: Initial 6 Months + Potential Extension Whitehall Resources are partnering with a well-established global manufacturing organisation that is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Supply Chain Functional Consultant to support a recently integrated business unit. Following a successful Oracle EBS rollout, the business is looking for a Supply Chain-focused functional expert to help stabilise the environment, resolve business process challenges and optimise the use of Oracle EBS across the Finance function. This is a highly business-facing Supply Chain role, working closely with stakeholders to understand challenges across supply chain processes, identify opportunities for improvement and translate business requirements into effective Oracle EBS solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong Oracle EBS Supply Chain expertise with excellent communication, process analysis and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders and business users to understand financial process and system challenges. Provide functional expertise across Oracle EBS Supply Chain. Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation. Translate Finance business requirements into practical Oracle EBS solutions. Support post-implementation stabilisation, troubleshooting and resolution of functional issues. Review financial workflows, controls and processes and recommend improvements. Support enhancements to Oracle EBS, working closely with technical teams where configuration or development is required. Assist with month-end and financial reporting processes, ensuring Oracle EBS supports the business effectively. Support supply chain users with system issues, functional guidance and best-practice recommendations. Assist with user training, documentation and change management. Work with supply chain and IT stakeholders to prioritise enhancements and continuously improve the Oracle EBS environment. Support the business ahead of a wider Oracle upgrade programme planned later this year.
Requirements:
Strong functional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) supply chain, ideally Release 12.x. Strong understanding of core supply chain processes Proven experience working directly with teams and business stakeholders. Experience supporting post-go-live Oracle EBS environments and resolving functional issues. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, controls and system integration. Experience gathering requirements and translating them into Oracle EBS solutions. Strong process analysis and continuous improvement experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade or transformation experience is highly desirable. Manufacturing industry experience is advantageous but not essential. Contract Details Initial 6-month contract, with potential for extension.5 days per week onsite in Cincinnati, OH.ASAP start preferred. Competitive market rates available for the right candidate.
