Graphic Designer (Temporary Position)Maesa is looking for a temporary Graphic Designer for 6-Months with a strong focus on digital and social design, with additional experience in packaging. This role requires a high level of execution, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple brands and channels while maintaining consistency.This role will be based in NYC, with a hybrid 3 days week in office schedule.ResponsibilitiesDesign assets across digital and social channels, including social media, paid media, and e-commerceDevelop and execute creative concepts aligned to brand strategyMaintain and apply brand guidelines across multiple brandsDesign and refine packaging, including print-ready files and production supportPartner with cross-functional teams to deliver creative on time and at a high standardManage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environmentIncorporate AI tools into the design process where applicableQualifications5–8+ years of graphic design experienceExperience in beauty, luxury, fashion, or a related industry preferredAgency experience and/or experience working across multiple brands strongly preferredStrong portfolio demonstrating digital/social work and packaging experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Working knowledge of Figma or similar toolsStrong typography, layout, and color skillsUnderstanding of social platforms and digital formatsAbility to take direction, apply feedback, and iterate quicklyHeavy interest or experience in AI capabilities with CreativeDetail-oriented and organizedAble to manage multiple priorities across brandsClear communicator and collaborativeComfortable working independently when neededOther Preferred QualificationsExperience in motion or basic animation (After Effects)Familiarity with AI design tools and workflowsExperience preparing files for print and working with vendorsPAY RANGE:$33/hr - $38/hr.
