GEOTEK is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Filament Winding team on a newly opened shift in Stewartville, MN. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery, coaching 20-30 employees and building a strong, engaged team from day one. You will manage daily operations, training plans, performance reviews, schedules, and reporting while upholding TRUE values and company policies.
