About the role

Nestlé USA is seeking a Corporate Maintenance Engineering Expert based in Solon, OH (with option to work at other Midwest plants). You will implement maintenance foundations, coach factories, and drive Nestlé’s maintenance strategy across categories at optimal cost. Responsibilities include coaching, training and assessing maintenance capability, leading asset management and digital solutions adoption (PM, AMM, EFCA), and ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
