Senior Project Manager – Luxury Custom Homes

Location: North Broward/South Palm Beach Are you a Senior Project Manager with proven experience building $3M+ custom homes in South Florida? We are seeking a proven construction professional with significant experience managing high-end custom residential projects. The successful candidate will have direct experience delivering complex luxury residences from preconstruction through completion and understand the level of coordination, communication, quality control, and attention to detail required in the luxury custom-home market. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Manage luxury custom residential construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and turnover Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes, and construction documentation Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Manage subcontractor performance, procurement, material lead times, and project sequencing Maintain strong communication with ownership, clients, design professionals, and project stakeholders Review plans, specifications, selections, change orders, and project documentation Identify potential schedule, cost, and constructability issues before they impact the project Maintain the exceptional quality standards and attention to detail expected in luxury custom residential construction Work closely with field supervision to keep projects progressing according to schedule and quality expectationsDO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?5+ years of direct Project Manager experience managing luxury custom residential construction projects Proven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager experience managing high-end custom homes Direct Project Manager experience managing ground-up luxury custom homes valued at $3M+Strong knowledge of residential construction sequencing, building systems, finishes, and high-end construction methods Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, architects, designers, vendors, and client expectations Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Established South Florida construction experience and market knowledge strongly preferred Must be able to work on-site and travel locally between project locations If you're a construction leader who enjoys building exceptional projects while developing strong teams and client partnerships, we'd like to hear from you.
