What You'll Be Doing:
Handling, sorting, and stacking lumber throughout the shift Supporting sawmill operations and production flow Operating and assisting with production equipment Monitoring products for quality and safety standards Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Working in varying industrial conditions, including dust, noise, and changing temperatures
What We're Looking For:
Ability to perform physically demanding work during 12-hour shifts Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day Reliable transportation Strong attendance and punctuality Availability for occasional weekend work Safety-first mindset and willingness to follow PPE requirements Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good judgment
