About the role

Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. seeks a Yield Control Technology Engineer II or Senior YCTE to deliver technical product support for CD-SEM tools, perform customer training, and develop training materials. The role may require significant travel and hybrid onsite work. Ideal candidates have 2+ years (YCTE II) or 6+ years (Senior YCTE) in semiconductors, with hands-on Hitachi CD-SEM experience, and strong communication skills in English.
