About the role
To facilitate client transitions, the part-time hourly Transition Support Partner will assist with onboarding processes, manage documentation, and provide support to financial advisors in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Assisting in the onboarding of new clients and managing transition documentation
Providing support to financial advisors throughout the transition process
Coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Required qualifications
Experience in client support or financial services
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
