This leadership role is pivotal in enhancing the organization's global commercial capabilities, particularly in the areas of winning, structuring, negotiating, and expanding strategic customer partnerships. The successful candidate will be a trusted commercial advisor, leading the development and execution of deal strategies that align with customer insights, competitive intelligence, and economic objectives. Key responsibilities include defining and leading the global deal center of excellence strategy, prioritizing and supporting major deals, and leading structured pursuit strategy workshops. The role also involves shaping commercial solutions, directing executive deal reviews, and partnering with commercial finance to ensure robust commercial strategies. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and significant experience in commercial strategy, proposals, pricing, or strategic deal management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies for large, complex pursuits, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders. Excellent negotiation support experience, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. The role requires the ability to build and maintain reusable commercial playbooks, develop a high-performing specialist team, and influence broader commercial and operational communities through coaching and training.
