Objective of the RoleThe Medical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts across the West Coast, with a home base in or around the South California area. This is a high-impact, commission-based role offering the opportunity to contribute to the company's US growth strategy. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new business, managing customer relationships, and executing sales initiatives that align with the company's global vision.
Ideal Profile: A self-motivated sales professional with a track record of success in medical device or healthcare-related sales (medical specialty not required).Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a growing organization. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships. Located in or around NYC, and willing to travel within the West Coast region.
Responsibilities: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and quoting to order fulfillment and post-sale support. Develop and nurture relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and distributors. Provide product education, training, and demonstrations to clinical staff. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent the company and build brand awareness. Create and implement strategic sales plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and territory planning. Deliver regular reports and insights on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to the leadership team.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Proven success in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Prior experience in Gastro Proctology is a plus but not required. Willingness to travel regularly within the West Coast.
