Here you review hook rate, hold rate and CPA every week and cut the next round off what won.→ Short-form, long-form, founder, creator, UGC and studio footage, with real spend behind every cut. Who it's for:3+ years editing paid social, ideally at a DTC brand or agencyA reel of ads that actually ran, real experience with AI-built work Fluent in Premiere, Resolve or Cap Cut Someone who works across the modern stack (for example Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Eleven Labs, Hey Gen, Topaz, Captions)Edits with the data in mind and has opinions about why a video works If this is you please apply with. your resume and I will be in touch! Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
