About the role

Codebreaker Labs is seeking a director-level scientist to lead high-throughput functional genomics using CRISPR in demanding human cell models, including primary T cells and iPSC-derived systems. You will mentor a wet-lab team, set scientific direction, and stay hands-on when needed, while partnering with computational biology and ML colleagues to generate AI-ready datasets for downstream analysis.
