This role is pivotal in leading and managing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives, with a focus on the 50 to 9,999 life segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, overseeing the pursuit of new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and partners in the region. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in sales leadership and management, with a proven track record of delivering against team quotas. Extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants is essential. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
