Goodwill TalentBridge, in partnership with a valued client in the Dousman area, is actively recruiting for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a variety of hospitality positions, including: Servers BartendersCooksTHESE ROLES ARE ALL DIRECT HIRE!!Whether you have experience in restaurants, catering, country clubs, hotels, senior living communities, banquet facilities, or other hospitality settings, we would love to speak with you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: SERVERAs a Server, you will provide attentive food and beverage service while creating a positive dining experience for guests.

SERVER Qualifications:

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and attention to detailBARTENDERAs a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages while providing exceptional hospitality and maintaining responsible alcohol service standards.
BARTERNEDER Qualifications
Bartending experience preferred
Valid Waukesha County Bartender License
Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and proper pouring techniques.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsCOOKSAs a cook, you will prepare quality meals while maintaining food safety standards and supporting overall kitchen operations.
COOK QUALIFICATIONSPrevious cooking, food preparation, or kitchen experience.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and attention to detail.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Passion for hospitality and customer service

Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysWORK SCHEDULE: Thursday-Monday: 3pm-10pmPay Rate: $15/hr + Tips
