What You'll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone Process policy changes, endorsements, and premium payments accurately Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and answer coverage questions Present policy options and recommend additional coverage based on individual needs Educate clients on new insurance products and services Build lasting client relationships to promote retention and loyalty Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications: Active P&C License or willing to acquire within quickly. Minimum of 2 years of insurance agency experience Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated while also thriving in a collaborative team setting Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
Compensation & Benefits
