About the role
To support the optimization of ERP systems, the full-time Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage the UKG Healthcare Productivity application, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technological solutions with business needs in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the operational sustainment, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the UKG Healthcare Productivity application
Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication regarding application features, change requests, and system releases
Address complex challenges by providing solutions and ensuring alignment of business-centric needs with application enhancements
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
5 years of application design, implementation, and/or maintenance experience with large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite or PeopleSoft
2 years of demonstrated success in executing medium to complex projects related to application management and process improvement
