About the role
Fluent in Mandarin, the full-time Remote Relationship Manager will manage key account relationships across multiple industries, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while collaborating with a global team.
Key responsibilities
Fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of merchants in the assigned portfolio
Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders across multiple continents
Serve as the primary point of contact for problem resolution and client support
Required qualifications
3-5 years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of payments and acquiring is essential
Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English
Ability to work across different time zones and in uncertain situations
Strong organizational and time management skills
