Responsibilities: Must have proven experience as a Body Shop Technician. Perform collision repairs including metal straightening, panel replacement, and frame alignment. Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine appropriate repair procedures. Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs efficiently and safely. Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards. Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding repair status and vehicle condition.
Requirements: Must have proven experience as a Body Shop Technician. Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and technical documents. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles if necessary. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
